Prohibition Pickle Co. (Chaim Davids – Osek Mursheh #332485556) operates as a direct to consumer, scratch kitchen catering company and grocery. We offer delivery only. We operate under a goodwill policy with a real dedication to excellence. We stand by the quality of our goods and guarantee customer satisfaction, meaning – speak with us, we genuinely want to make you happy.

Product Warranty

Our facility is יצרן בתהליך, A licensed producer in process. We do not issue expirations dates on our goods, just as though you were to purchase take-out from a restaurant. We use no preservatives or canning techniques in our pickled vegetable products, therefore, we offer no guarantee on extended shelf life of our products. Our entire menu should be considered fresh for immediate consumption (however,many items will keep fresh for several weeks under refrigeration)

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and we determine our delivery range calendar.

Return Policy

Returns are not allowed. Since our food is sold fresh and ready to eat, we cannot accept any returns once the food has been delivered. 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered except in cases where there was some defect. If you discover that your delivery is not as expected, please contact us immediately and we promise to do our best to sort it out.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are at the discretion of management. In most cases, orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before delivery. Deliveries are made Thursday on Friday depending on your location. To cancel an order within 24 hours of delivery, please contact us to see if we can help. If management agrees to cancel your order, refunds will be issued via the payment method used to place the order.

Age Restriction

There is no age restriction for purchasing on our website. Users off all ages may purchase here.

Product Delivery Policy

For orders placed through the website, orders placed by noon on Wednesday will be delivered by Friday. Max delivery time is up to 9 days. All deliveries are made via private courier. The site will not be held responsible for delays and/or delays in shipping carried out by a third party that is affected by force majeure and/or strikes and/or shutdowns and/or non-response on the part of the customer to coordinate the shipment.

Privacy Policy

The store takes acceptable precautions in order to maintain, as much as possible, the confidentiality of information provided.
