Our cold production items including pickles, herring, and certain salads, can be considered "true Parve", while cooked salads and sides should be considered "Chezkat Besari" as our ovens are used for meat. All fried items are completely besari. Message or call for more specifics.
We are Shomer Shabbat owned and operated. All of our cooking is "Bishul Yisroel" according to the beit yosef - the highest standard. All of our meat and poultry is halak.
