It hardly feels like Shabbat without some chopped liver from Prohibition Pickle on our table. Theirs is a smooth pate with a delicate taste. We fight over who gets to wipe up the remains of the container with their challah. Other favorites include the classic honey roasted turkey and the potato knish.
